Grain to Grub

An open kitchen with food that doesn’t get any fresher. We bring the beauty of simplicity to you, in the form of a mobile live pasta station. We grind ancient grains into flour using a mini stone mill, knead the flour into a variety of pasta shapes, and transform fresh pasta into scrumptious dishes.

At this no-fuss, grab-and-go experience, house gatherings, corporate events and kids parties become extra memorable occasions. An opportunity to educate and entertain while providing nutritious treats, you and your guests can also have a go at making pasta!

Our fresh pasta is made with just ancient grains and water. The quality of the flour allows the pasta to fully absorb the flavours in the sauce while maintaining a chewy texture throughout the cooking process. The pasta can be kneaded into different shapes, mostly by hand and at times using traditional tools like a pasta roller and a “chittara”:

  • Cavatelli
  • Maccheroncini
  • Spaghetti alla chittara
  • Fettuccine
  • We make gnocchi too!

Sauces can be customised to suit the occasion and/or dietary restrictions and some of our favourites are:

  • Cherry tomatoes with basil and parmigiano
  • Pesto
  • Aglio olio e peperoncino
  • Amatriciana
